Because sleep provide a great relaxation to your body that’s why you can reactivate your body again for the work. But if you can’t take good sleep then you should not reactivate your body for work. You should sleep at least 7 hour for reactivate your body again for the next day work.
  • Unwanted behavior: Extra use of social media can change your behavior.
